White Belt 10th Kyu
Well done you have started your karate journey here are the Karate elements you need to master to reach your Orange Belt: -
- Kihon Kata
- Jodan oi tsuki
- Chudan oi tsuki
- Age Uke
- Soto Uke
- Mae geri
- Sanbon Kumite

Red Belt 8th Kyu
You have made it to red belt and now it gets tricky. Lets get some kicks into your Kata. Below is a demonstration of the red belt Kata Heian Nidan
Crack this kata and make it to yellow belt.
Green Belt 6th Kyu
Awesome job you have your Green Belt. Now lets look at Heian Yondan, the kata for this Kyu. Balance is the key to this one and you need to get stances just right as you transition between the moves.
Blue Belt 4th Kyu
Tekki Shodan last of Shitei katas and a very technical kata. Lots of arm and leg combinations and a good training kata to always fall back even when you have years of Karate experience.
Orange Belt 9th Kyu
Congratulations on achieving your Orange Belt and lets build on the success to get your red belt, here is what you need to learn: -
- Kihon Kata
- Jodan oi tsuki
- Chudan oi tsuki
- Age uke
- Soto uke
- Uchi uke
- Shuto uke
- Mae geri
- Yoko geri kekomi
- Yoko geri keage
- Heian Shodan Kata

Yellow Belt 7th Kyu
Brilliant you now have your yellow belt and lets build on it. Below is a demonstration of the yellow belt Heian Sandan.
Purple Belt 5th Kyu
Now you have your purple belt you get to learn the most exciting Heian Kata, Godan, and introduce jumping into your kata. Show everyone you can fly in your kata.
