Black Belt Roll of Honour

Listed below are the instructors and students who teach and train at Jinsei Dojo who, through diligence, much hard work and determination, have truly earned the rank of black belt.
In martial arts the black belt is part of a journey, not a destination.
1st Dan black belt (Kuro Obi) is not the end of the process as many believe, it is a symbol of achievement signifying that a practitioner has gained sufficient understanding of karate to start to learn their art fully.
It is however, still a major personal achievement for an individual student and one which we are very proud to celebrate.
Our black belts are listed by their current rank and the date they were first awarded their Dan grade.
